Bodalwyn Guest House

Our family (two adults and two teens) stayed at Bodalwyn for a week, February 2007. Clive and Hilary did an outstanding job of making our first stay in the UK a great one. The rooms were first rate, very clean and nicely decorated. Did NOT have a "like every hotel in the world" feel, with cookie cutter style. Lots of comfort, good beds, plenty of blankets, comforters and towels. Rooms were very quiet. Breakfasts were also high quality. Fresh, hot, served promptly. Served with a warm smile and plenty of personal connection with our hosts, even when busy. Both had in depth information about Aberystwyth and environs and Clive was particularly helpful easing the fears of a firsttime UK driver. We would go back in a heartbeat.
