Savannah Guest House

I originally booked 2 rooms in this guest house only for the owner to ring me later to say he had over booked the hotel but offered me a family room for my wife and 18 year old daughter. When we arrived I asked about a reduction and was offered a measily 12 discount as a result I ended up paying 90 for a small family room with just enough room for 3 beds and a dirty shower. The breakfast was awful in a very cold dining room and very overcooked eggs. The owner was nowhere to be seen and the staff unhelpful.
