Location is fabulous. There really is lots of space to camp including nestled in trees, right up on the bald beachfront, or even by the swamp. Lots of wildlife. We camped. I can't comment on the inside of the accomodation, but the stuff listed on their website looks very new from the outside. Seems very green with solar power etc.
Downsides: lots of construction going on; the 'beachside' units particularly are a building site. Lots of old daggy-looking on-site vans. I don't know if they are hired out, or parked. No shade in the main part of the camping area. Old amenities, very limited number of showers and loos - which is ok if they keep the numbers down.
Summary: Its kinda like an old 'council' campground, that's halfway into being transformed into a pretty good 'green' low-impact holiday park. Go there when its quiet; if you camp, camp under trees; if you rent go for the hillside units.
