Mt Barker Caravan Park & Cabin Accommodation

I'd like to thank Steve and Shirley for being such kind and helpful hosts and I would recommend this park to anyone who passes by the Mount Barker/ Albany regions.

We arrived on Boxing Day, Shirley personally showed us to our campsite and explained where everything was. The park was spotless, the toilets and shower very clean, there were many shaded areas, a nice playground, and the sites were very spacious, not cramped at all.

Due to my own carelessness, I lost my wedding ring in the park, it was not until I got back to Perth that I realised it were gone and that was 2-3 days later. I emailed Steve and Shirley to see if anyone had seen the ring, Steve wrote back saying he and his kids had been combing the area where we camped, nothing yet, then later that same afternoon, I received a call from Steve saying one of his guests had found the ring!!! They kindly sent the ring back to me via registered post and just as I had lost all hopes of ever seeing my ring again, it is now back on my finger!

I have to thank Steve and Shirley for going out of the way to help me find it, and the kind guest Sharon S. for actually finding it. :) Thank you guys!
