Holiday Lodge Motor Inn

Firstly, we not only recommend this little gem on the NSW south coast, but urge you to organise your travel to enable you to stay here for a night or two. We are seasoned travellers and have experienced everything from five star Grand Hotels to flea-pits at the back of the fish market. Rarely have we come across the meticulous attention to detail found in this motel. It's not that it is plush or flashy in any way, it's just that it has that elusive quality so hard to find nowadays: hospitality. It invites you in and it invites you back when you leave. Everything about it is right: the layout, the colours, the odours, the amenities and, above all, the owners. Little touches, like the complimentary internet terminal at reception so that you can check your emails or plan the next leg of your trip, are an indication that this is not your run-of-the-mill budget roadhouse.
