Maryland Bed and Breakfast

We stayed at the Maryland Bed and Breakfast with our 3 grandchildren for 4 nights in May/June 2007and experienced great service. The welcome we received when we arrived was very warm and friendly and we were given lots of helpful information and tips, provided with a key to allow us to come and go as we pleased and also a parking permit which was useful. The hosts, Ann and Rod, were great and nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable and, as well as the usual facilities, dressing gowns were provided as well as a daily newspaper.. For the children there were buckets and spades, fishing nets, cricket bats, balls, board games and books. There was also a library of books for the adults. Breakfasts were very good - there was a great choice of cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt etc and an extensive choice of cooked breakfasts - all freshly cooked and hot. We cannot recommend this guest house highly enough and would not hesitate to stay there again.
