We stayed in the so called "Family" room. Huh! What a joke! It's a small one bedroom apartment with a double bed jammed into the living room. Did I say small??? It's so small that the fridge and microwave have been jammed in the cupboard. Living space is approx 2x2m. Oh, and don't bother trying to unpack as it won't fit anywhere. Beds are very soft and extremely uncomfortable. Hotel feels old, cold and dark. After first night I complained to manager about one of the single beds and she hung up on me. Manager is extremely cold and rude but other workers were quite pleasant. We went to another hotel instead for the same price which is in the CBD and is a FAR FAR superior hotel with heaps of living space. Do not waste your time and money here and do not be fooled by a nice looking pool area! If we had of pre-booked a larger stay at this hotel it would have ruined our entire holiday!

We thank you for your feedback regarding this room but would like to point out that although the apartment is compact, effort has been taken to maximise the living space available in this room. We regularly receive feedback supporting this belief. We also ensure that all beds are firm and rotated to ensure that the issue of "too soft" is not a relevant concern. Once again we have received repeated comments about guests having "great nights sleep" and that the beds are "fantastic". As the age of this property exceeds 20+ years, the property does have existing issues that we have taken great effort to minimise and it is our belief that 99 times out of 100 we have achieved this. All staff strive for the highest level of customer service when dealing with issues such as this and makes it a priority to address any relevant issues that a guest draws their attention to. Furthermore, all photos and information regarding our property is regularly reviewed and updated to ensure that there is no misrepresentation of what our products are or are not.
