We had the misfortune of experiencing Hughes Leisure when they transported us from the Sydney airport to our hotel and back a few weeks ago (7/2010). Although we had fully prepaid for this transport months before traveling to Sydney, Hughes demanded an additional $44 from our party of nine passengers under threat of leaving us on the curb. This $44 shakedown was based on Hughes putting twin six year old passengers in car seats, which is fine with us BUT we had fully prepaid for these seats through the travel agent. Not only is an additional $44 an excessive amount to bill for a simple booster under the butt of a child but the fact remains that we had already paid the exact amount billed by Hughes for the seats of the twins...at the 11th hour they greedily hold their hands out for more money or they'll not fulfill the contract.
