The Belgravia Hotel

Unless you are absolutely desperate and have money to waste -don't go to this 'hotel'. We stayed 1 night in room 9 a double room, so small that the door into the port-a-loo in the corner, laughingly called an ensuite bathroom, would not open because the bed is in the way. The room had to be no more than 10x8, had a double bed, old wardrobe, broken TV, no towels, broken electric socket, dirty shower, no holder for the shower etc etc. My husband could not even get into the toilet. We had to clean our teeth standing in the bedroom and lean in to the 'bathroom'. We didn't even stay for breakfast because the kitchen looked like a dirty student style kitchen. It might have helped to have someone on reception that could understand English! All in all it was disgusting - more like a DSS bed and breakfst dive than a London hotel in a fashionable part of London.
