I can only hope that members of total travel are able to read a wide variety of reviews on our property. They can certainly look at pictures of our venue on the total travel website and also gain information with relevance to our proximity to over 80+ winery cellar doors and attractions such as the Healesville Wildlife sanctuary. Obviously we can only answer any critical reviews within the restraints of the website, however as I was once told that you don't improve your service or your product by nice reviews you only improve by acting on any bad and malicious reviews. So I do thank the author and I promise we will only get better.
