Well we got there half hour early they told us to wait and they will come and get us at 2pm. At Half past two we went back and asked if our room was ready, they had apparently forgotten about us.
We booked for a one bedroom suite which was adequate but we also requested a fold away bed for the youngster and did this when booking.
But the bed wasn't delivered until about that 7pm that night. Too bad if your kid wanted to go to bed early from a big day out, and also forgot we had to ask them about the bed seeing it was one of the requirements on our booking but they still forgot about that too.
We also got breakfast in the deal but when going to the dining room in the morning there was no details of this so we even had to wait to get breaky before everything was sorted.
They just didn't seem to care about you unless you are a regular client or someone who payed the concierge a $100 to park your car. (Date of experience: Oct, 2009 )
