Phoenix Hotel

We've dined at the Phoenix Hotel twice now. Both times we have been extremely impressed with the friendly service, great atmosphere, interesting menu and high quality, reasonably priced food. The first time, we dined on the large, outdoor deck. The second time, it was a stinking hot Gympie day, at we were glad to sit inside in airconditioned comfort, enjoying the old-style atmosphere of this historic pub. We are both extremely particular about good service and we found nothing wanting at the Phoenix. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxed and affordable, but 'upmarket' dining experience in Gympie.
