Reef View Hotel

We were initially shown to a room on the 5th floor, which barely overlooked the tree tops at the Reef View Hotel, . However we complained and so we were given a large and magnificent Coral Searoom on the 19th floor, just one below the 20th floor penthouse! The excellent views each morning over the sparkling bay were priceless! Be warned about the cheeky cockatoo birds that inhabit the island! They are known to quickly fly into hotel rooms that have left their balcony door slightly ajar - and they rip up luggage, pillows, doonas and anything else they can find in search for food!
