I have stayed at the HiCraft 3 times before and it was a very pleasant stay. However, since it was been taken over by different management, I will never stay there again as the new owners have terrible manners and seem to have no respect for their customers. They were extremely rude and decided that because we were young, we must be trouble makers. If you are looking to stay somewhere where you will have some freedom and respect, don't stay at the HiCraft.

    As the owners of the Hi-Craft we have had the same management team in place for the last 10 months in that time the occupancy of the property has increased and the growth of repeat clientele has grown considerably, particularly the corporate market. If there was a misunderstanding between management and an anonymous client we apologise but we have total confidence in our managers to make your stay ay the Hi-Craft enjoyable and as relaxed as possible where each guests privacy and space IS respected. Our guests are our business, we value them all.
