First thing I noticed my sister flew in from New Zealand, was good for her but thats about all. Is so far for them to pay train fares its a joke. Their room was poky were mine was a bit bigger as only one double bed. The room had an air con that didnt work, No soap, hardly any sugar tea etc, the room had a duct in ceiling that drummed all night I didnt get sleep. The shower door was jammed and filthy. The stupid door electronic key kept failing and staff were not interested to help or upgrade my room. Dont go there again. Like others said the Rowing Club had great meals the parking was horrendous no spots left to park if you come home late, doors slamming. I was opposite lift on ground floor, room 508, avoid that one.
