When people are disgruntled with a place they should not check in and seek a refund immediately or liaise with staff to remedy any concerns, not stay the night and seek a refund after.....thats just like going to a restaurant, ordering a meal and when the plate is finished asking for a refund later.
Naturally antics of this caliber are not tolerated or acknowledged.
Obviously not everyone can be appeased, even on occasions when a free room is offered to cater for guests requirements.
