Twilight Caravan Park

I booked and paid for accommodation at Twilight Caravan Park after looking on their webpage. I found that it wasn't a true representation. It states there is a BBQ area near the playground and shows a picture, when we arrived we were told there was never a BBQ there! The cabins were not cleaned and sheets not fresh. We booked 2 Family Villas and one was infested with ants and the other smelt of mould. The owners of the Park did come up and spray the van, but we then had to put up with the smell of insect spray all weekend. He told us that he was aware of the problem, but his pest control man had a broken arm and hadn't been out! (Only one pest control company in Taree?) These cabins should never have been booked out. If you do decide to stay there, please don't take the website as a true representation of what the park has on offer. I wouldn't stay there again, it was a totally bad experience for my family and because of the long weekend we couldn't find other accommodation, as we wanted to leave the moment we arrived. I think that the owners of the Park don't have that much experience running a park, and it's not really a family destination, its more for permanent residents or people passing through with their own vans, intending to stay only a night.
