We agree all accommodation should be cleaned and maintained to the highest level. After discussion with this guest we have individually addressed all cleaning and maintenance issues. This is not a brand new apartment however all of our apartments are clean, spacious and offer ample apartment facilities in a fantastic city location at great prices.
There is no allocated reception area for La Loft Apartments at any of the locations. Our apartments operate independently. This enables us to keep our rates low and the quality high. We have staff on call 24hours a day for assistance.
We formally apologised in writing. Also offering three nights complimentary accommodation in any of our properties, including penthouses. We respect their decision not to stay with us again but would greatly appreciate the opportunity to make up for this poor experience.
