La Loft Apartments North Terrace

The apartment we stayed in was so dirty I felt like I did not want to be in the room. The carpets were stained and had big runs in the piles in several places. Not to mention the mould in the shower. The Embassy building that the La Loft Apartment is in does not have any staff on hand in the building. So if you need them for anything it can be quite difficult. You need a swipe card to access the lift so if you have any visitors you need to go down the lift and bring them up to your room with your card, as the Embassy staff have nothing to do with the La Loft side of it. I had an issue to speak with the management and after 3 phone calls to them and nobody returning my calls I finally spoke to the assistant manager who was nothing but rude and insulting. Once I finally spoke to the Manger he was polite but failed to resolve my issue. It was a terrible experience and would strongly recommend people to stay away from this accommodation.
