Roseneath Villa

I stayed in Roseneath Villa B&B for a couple of nights in October 2008. I took this place before my jump on the Great Ocean Road, which starts just minutes away from Roseneath Villa B&B. And once back from that trip I enjoyed again the utmost comfortable place and the warm-hearted welcome from Di and Richard Moody, the utmost friendly and caring owners of this outstanding B&B near the entrance to the Great Ocean Road. Once arrived I first enjoyed the very beautiful garden and entrance area and recognised how much efforts the owners put to make you feel comfortable right after your arrival. But when I got introduced to my room which is actually a perfect and fully equipped and comfortable apartment for at least 2 or three, I was overwhelmed by all the warm beauty and the caring preparation and arrangements. The living room (which has an attached terrace with Barbeque) is simply breath taking with all the well selected and arranged furniture and equipment. If you like to prepare a small meal on your own, you will find a perfect small kitchen upstairs, just next to the cosy sleeping rooms. To summarize, Roseneath Villa B&B is a perfect place to stay for a short break or for longer to just relax or take advantage of the location which is close to the breath taking Great Ocean Road and other interesting destinations. The owners are uniquely warm hearted and caring and you will feel instantly like home. I rank this place as a first class B&B.
