Ultra Broadbeach

This is one of those places that will soon be pretty ordinary in a few years. Pool area lacking in any style, just a very plain lap pool, very small kiddies pool and a spa that is bang out in the open with no trees or landscaping around. This building has been built in great speed I imagine, fittings have been installed without much care. It can get away with this at the moment because it is so new and modern but it will not wear well. I noted that a few things are already starting to rust and also windows don't seal out the wind. Front desk people are not tourist savvy, meaning unless you know what to ask don't expect them to forward you much needed information. I recommend this place to business people only.
