Worst Customer Service

Had experienced worst customer service till date....stayed in many places but have never found a place where the management, in their own words, "doesn't give a crap" about the customers staying there...also the rooms were very congested...they had four bunk beds in a small room where even two would barely fit...no space to move around at all...had to squeeze through...i don't recommend anyone to stay there.. (Date of experience: Jul, 2011 )

My Goodness Rina, it was your choice to cram 30 people in four rooms. The room desription was dorm type student accommodation. You get what you pay for. You are an educated intelligent person, you could have booked a Deluxe room and you could have changed to a Deluxe room but you took the cheap option and stayed for two nights. And Rina if you harass and abuse your hosts, you cannot expect fawning service.
