I booked this hotel as a treat for my daughter bank holiday weekend. She arrived to be told the room was cancelled and a refund had been sent. This was found to be a lie when after making a fuss she was offered a cheque for 10% of the cost.
I phoned the manager and spoke with both him and his wife who could not be really bothered because the room had been rebooked. These people have just took over the hotel recently, I think they have a lot of learning to do in customer relations etc.
