Be aware a 600gm to 700gm steak that costs $32 is only cooked to a medium which infact is rare with blood still oozing from it. When ordering we specifically stated, pink was OK, but no blood. On returning our meals, they said they would return them to the grill to cook more. I asked why this was not done in the first place, why wasn't the steak cooked for another 5 minutes, as we had already waited an hour and 20 minutes.

Staff became quite rude(Night manager & cook) and insisted that the steak was cooked to a medium standard and the customers were wrong. When we objected to this statement we were then asked to leave. Having just spent $200 in their establishment.

As far as the bar staff, they could not be more friendlier and helpful. Our evening had been very pleasant until the unsavoury behaviour of the restaurant. (Date of experience: Apr, 2011 )
