Parramatta City Motel

When we initially booked the room we booked a Double + a fold out bed and specifically non smoking! On arrival to our room it was a double + single + a fold out bed was sitting in the corner of the room (which was $20 extra at the time of payment) because apparently there wasn't a Double + single non smoking available. The room stunk badly when we first walked in and we quickly realised why. There was an ashtray in the room, cigarette burns on the carpet and you could also see burns through the sheets on the mattress protector that was on the bed also. Mirrors were dirty. Toilet roll was not new. Shower head leaked. TV remote was missing. (Date of experience: Feb, 2010 )
