We booked with the Northern Ireland tourist board for this property. Paid via the tourist board with credit card and then got a phone call from the property owner to say that she needed a credit card number for a security deposit. I gave it and she said it will be refunded automatically if the property was in good order leaving. I checked my statement and it had not been refunded, I have been trying to contact them for the last two months. I got through once to the owner and numerous times to the mother in law and I was told that it should have been refunded and they would get back to me. Today I rang and was given a number that doesnt even exist to contact the owners directly as the mobile number is constantly going to voicemail.
Finally got in touch with the company and was told that one of the rooms had to be repainted after our stay and the bath was damaged!!!! All this 4 months later. We only spent about 2.5 hours in the place and certainly didn't do any damage. Severely disappointed at the rental company and don't know where to go from here!
