Wyndham Resort Torquay

Very Sterile Environment - No Atmosphere / Beach is an unappealing accessible only by a windy steep cliff face across the other side of road -
Not the type of beach front accom we had envisaged for our honeymoon
Had booked four nights but checked out after two ...Checked in on our honeymoon and this hotel had us as a no show even though i called the week before to confirm arrival date and to state it was our honeymoon - no note,wine...nothing ...dissapointed...Management made us feel worse by saying we had got our dates mixed up .. You pay extra to park under hotel.. Although in Torquay it is quite isolated and to get to anywhere eg: {shops and restaurants }other than beach you have to drive.
This was our First and Last time...We couldnt wait to leave... (Date of experience: Feb, 2009 )
