Beware the inticing web site photos - they are far in excess of the real thing. The restaraunt is no longer running, the day spa has ceased to operate, the indoor pool is closed, the solar heating for the outdoor pool is not working. 5 star it ain't. When both the front door nearly fell of its hinges and the back fly screen actually did fall off, we knew we were in strife. Cobwebs right through the unit. To take in spectacular views of the lake, we had to look through windows that had not been washed for weeks or more. We ended up walking out - at $320 p/night I think the least you could expect is a clean, well manitained unit, in a facility that offers all that it says on the website. A horrible experience all up. The Jetty Apartments is now under New Management since February 2010 after being in receivership for 12 months. We are a dedicated team providing excellence in hospitality service, with our newly renovated caf operating Thursday through to Sunday we can now offer our guests dinner on Friday and Saturday evenings along with breakfast or a leisurely lunch over the weekends. The gardens have been re-landscaped and the apartments have a maintenance programme to ensure they are at their very best for our guests. Cool Fire Services have installed new fire safety equipment in all apartments and State-wide pest control has been appointed to manage our pest control programme. Our website is currently being updated so have a look out for it over the next few weeks We welcome the opportunity to introduce you to the New Look Jetty Apartments and 3one7 On High Bar + Caf and sincerely thank you for your valued comments that has empowered us to build our business to its very best.
