VIP Contracts Ltd

We have just returned from a ski holiday in france with hucksters (30th March _8th April) and had the unfortunate experience of having VIP Contracts ltd supply the coaches for both the inward and outward journeys. Not only were we late being picked up due to the driver dissappearing for 20 minutes whilst on a stop in cornwall but apart from a man and lady driver on the second half of the outward journey who did there best to make up for the incompetancy of the previous driver the drivers we had were without doubt the most ignorant unhelpful people you could wish to meet. The two men that picked us up for the return journey could only manage to drive for an hour and a half without stopping for themselves we refused to even enter the coach due to the amount of human excrement and urine floating around the coach toilet it was filthy and I did not intend to have my 2 young children exposed to that health hazard for the next 20 + hours we then had to wait longer for them to clean it before we would get back onto the vehicle for the return journey. The sum of 500 was paid for an upgraded coach due to bad experiences from other passengers and if that was an upgrade I shudder to think what the standard quality coach looks and indeed smells like.
