I was very disapointed with the way me and my family were treated a month ago. We were spoken to harshly and sometimes quite loudly and it made us feel uncomfortable. Also we were supposed to recieve a 20% discount as we own a nhs gold card (from working in the nhs) but they refused to let us have the discount. The only reason we went to that resturant was because we could save money and now we feel cheated. They charged us full price without telling us and then they refused to refund us what we should have saved.
