Hi, I found this super cafe, well not really a cafe, more a Bistro by accident, no sign in town saying this way to the River Dee, but walking around, The Blue Moon Cafe/Bistro. Well worth the short walk from town centre, about 2 mins, The guys who own/run it are brilliant, so are the girls who wait tables, real 50/60s American style Diner, loads of original pop and poster stuff on the wall, a shrine to that era. Food great, all day (huge) breakfast, plus as the guys used to be in the travel business, a good selection of food, and snacks from around the world, but best of all was the traditional English food, Had my first bowl of " SCOUSE "the famous northern stew, but on my return had a Thai Curry, My kids loved the Snack food, and home made cakes. This is the BEST in Chester, deserves all the awards they get, my home in Chester, plus you can get a Beer, and Wine by the River. Go soon
