Corsican Affair

I have used this company over a number of years for our annual summer holiday. This year the company seems to be in difficulty. Having taken our money for our annual holiday (booked last year) they turned round and told us that there was a change of plan and they were booking us on a flight requiring check in a 4:00am in the morning. They are charging premium rate for the holiday and flights - far more than last year. We were not told in advance they could change our flight at whim and we would not have booked a holiday with a 4:00am check in due to having a young son and not being able to get to the airport. They have refused to consider switching us to a different flight or even letting us stick with the flight we originally booked or even letting us have the money back and enabling us to make our own arrangements. They used to be good which is why we trusted them this year but we were wrong - some financial issues I guess in this difficult climate and putting customers on early cheap flights and charging them for the later ones saves them a few bob. Clutching at straws I think as we won't be the only customers not going back next year. No one likes being taken for a ride.
