We called to book in about 6pm and were greeted by the rudest Manager/ owner ? we have ever met.we did not stop and proceded to albany (Date of experience: Nov, 2011 )

    Owner responds: These individuals were asked to leave the site after driving so carelessly as to endanger our dog. When asked about their driving they indicated "They thought the dog would get out of the way!" This is unacceptable, putting the safety of both animals and other guests at risk. I am perplexed how any ratings can be given when these persons have not stayed? Lee McInnes
