customer service- the customer is always right after all the customer is paying for it right?
not in my case. I recently got my hair dyed at Deegees Hairdressing in Waurn Ponds. I asked for a blonde dip dyed look, firstly i got quoted $95 and i was like okay thats fine, and i proceeded to show the lady a photo of what i wanted. she knew what she was doing because when i asked her had she done it before she replied yes. They dyed my hair and it came out yellow! Deegees had dyed my hair yellow! i refused for to pay for it and demanded that they do something about it. They toned it down and it become an alright colour but refused to do anymore. i had been there for four hours for something that should have taken two. they then made me pay $130 for their stuff up! i left the store very angry but thats not the end of it. i got home and noticed it was nothing close to what i wanted. i had a brown hair from my roots and then about 20cm down i had a significant straight blonde line. it was dreadful! i feel like a clown. i called up and asked to speak to the manager and she wasnt in the store so they took my name and number and said they would get back to me. just under two weeks later i still had heard nothing and i refused to let them brush me off like that so i went into the store and asked to speak to the person in charge, i was told that they couldnt do anything about it and that if i wanted something done that i would have to pay for it. People like this should not be in customer service! i will never go back. (Date of experience: Sep, 2011 )
