Do not stay at this park unless you are prepared not to be able to talk after 9.30pm, we stayed here with a group of people and stayed in the parks Cabins I was with a group of friends in their 50's & 60's talking in the privacy of our accommodation when the owner approached us at approx 9.45 to be told to keep quiet as it was nearly 10pm. We were not partying or playing music, we were quite simply having a conversation with a group of about five adults.
We decided to retire for the night back to our own cabins for the evening unfortunately we were unable to sleep as the caravans and camper vans behind the cabins that we stayed in had their TV up extremely loud and we were unable to sleep. We were also awoken early each morning with groups of guests talking outside our cabins at 6.30in the morning. Obviously the same rule does not apply to guests trying to sleep in the morning.
I would advise any group of people staying in Mudgee not to stay at riverside caravan park unless you are good at sign language; this is not a reflection on Mudgee as it is a great town with wonderful people in it.
