Town House Motor Inn

My partner and I stayed in this motel as we were attending a family function. We were reluctant to stay here as it backs onto a McDonalds and thought noise maybe an issue, but it the noise was not the one we were expecting, but I will come back to that.

We stayed 3 nights and found the room dated but clean and of a decent size. We came back to find fresh towels etc and the bin emptied but the bed not made ( we had pulled it up, but by no means made). After the second night we went out for the day and returned to our room later in the evening to find the fresh towels on the beds, almost as if they had been flung there, the bed still not made and the coffee mugs still dirty.

Back to the noise, there was an ear piercing screech coming from McDonalds that did not stop until after 11pm.

We were charged $90 a night and for the price, it was easily $20 a night too much. As they say, you can't complain about the service, there isn't any. (Date of experience: Oct, 2011 )
