Great location, lovely hosts
by TotalTraveller39246763 (prior to 01/07/2010) As a OTHERThere aren't too many spots to stay on Lord Howe, but if you want to get 'out of town' then Waimarie's just two apartments are great. The views take in the Lagoon, Mt Ligdbird & Mt Gower, and even though the airstrips directly in front. There are only 2 flights a day, so noise is hardly a problem. Jim & Mavis are fantastic hosts too. One of Lord Howe's best kept secrets.
