The Newport on Macrossan

We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in May 2009. The apartment was exactly as advertised - spacious and well appointed. The staff were amazingly helpful and the position on Macrossan St was very convenient for everything - within an easy stroll of all that we needed. We were even able to just wander downstairs onto the street to watch the Carnivale parade go right past our door... talk about prime position!! Hubby liked having 3 pubs within 100 metres, and I loved having the supermarket over the road. We had absolutely no complaints, and would stay here again any time!
