Cassowary House

A basic room but the balcony life is spectacular - flowering trees and vines are within reach and alive with birdsong. Sue and Phil, the owners, are obliging with an excellent knowledge of birds and mammals. Breakfast is a treat of wonderful fresh fruits served on a wide verandah where you can watch the cassowaries as they come to visit and show off their young. Sue serves superb meals and Phil is very willing to show guests resident birds. Excellent value and hospitality.
