I always stay here when I'm in town and want to save money. the price has been about $55 per nite for at least the last 6 years. A very clean and tidy place, beds are comfy but nothing spectacular, you won't get much more than a tiny bar of soap and a towel, but it has a telephone line you can open if you want. TV is the basic, no satellite etc. The male owner is a bit grumpy but the lady (business partner i think) who runs the place is the one who REALLY keeps the place spick and span.
Would recommend to anyone wanting to save money. I tried all the others in this street and area over the last 10 years and they either have smelly, noisy or unclean rooms. This one is the best value for your money.
