Seriously - do these people actually have any idea about customer service? If you have to wait 35 mins for chips and dips and have the audacity to take them inside you get told "you can't eat them here - you must go to the dining room".

Surly bar staff - sweaty room – pricey beer - shocking service, all part of the Elizabethan Village experience!!! Avoid this place. (Date of experience: Dec, 2011 )
