Twin Lakes Hotel

This is the worst caravan park I have ever stayed in.
Very run down, looks like it has not been touched for 30 years. massive potholes in the roads throughout the park. Almost need a 4wd to drive through the place.
Locked ourselves in our caravan from mid afternoon until morning and did not come out.
Toilet amenities have not been maintained, did not use the showers as they were disgusting. Holes in doors, tiles missing.
Caravan sites are unkept. $25 for the night, way too much. When I asked which site I was to take I was told to go and pick whatever site I wanted. I was never asked for any form of identification.
The park is full of permanent residents and we felt like we were being watched all the time. We were the only holidaymakers in the park.
On the whole, I would not recommend this place to even my worst enemy.
Could not wait to pack up in the morning and leave. (Date of experience: Dec, 2011 )
