Sunrover Expeditions

Booked on a day tour from Rainbow beach, was given 24 hours notice that tour was cancelled, but given opportunity to go on a different tour "that usually cost more but we will not charge any extra". Tour was coming from Brisbane so our time on the island was not only reduced by about 3 or 4 hours and the itinerary was drastically different and reduced. Great guide but very disappointed in the brief tour that was extremely poor value for money and the poor customer service from the company. Get the feeling that their tours are not as involved as they advertise. (Date of experience: Mar, 2010 )
