Flinders Station Hotel

So on a second trip to Melbourne I went with a few friends. We had booked a four person dorm. The issue with the place was that whenever you went to the front desk they were on break and it took forever to get anywhere! Yet when the staff were finally around they were attentive and friendly. Although we booked a four person dorm we ended up in a much bigger dorm but it was just the four of us so that was okay. There was no bathroom on the floor we were on so we would have to go upstairs or downstairs which was not a big deal. They give you these secure key cards that you need to use to get off of any floor, use the bathroom and your room. The linen we were given was clean and we were literally half a block away from the Flinders Street Station. There are also two bars and we only went to one the once and it was pretty decent.
