All Seasons Colonial Norfolk Hotel

Our room was nothing like the photos. Very old and tired. Expensive for the room on the back of the kitchen and rubbish bins was our view. Fijian staff very friendly and helpful. Disappointed with the management after an unpleasant incident. No letter of apology when we left was told we would not have to pay for the 2 nights we did not stay due to plane unable to land. Then told we had to pay. Would not recommend and would not stay here again if we should return to Norfolk Island. (Date of experience: Oct, 2009 )
