Poor Customer Service and poor accommodation
by Smithyboy (prior to 01/07/2010) As a OTHERBooked to stay in a North Devon Holiday Homes cottage during 2008, paid a high price for the cottage as it was described at high quality. Cottage was damp, dirty and with mold patches. Numerous claims to the company were ignored, in the end we were told that our standards were too high, very poor customer service would never use this letting agent again.
