A plane spotter's footage of several frightening landings at Dusseldorf Airport during a storm has gone viral, with over 1.7 millions views since it was posted on January 5.

In Martin Bogdan's video, planes are seen struggling to land in strong crosswinds. One plane is even forced to abandon its first attempt at landing in the stormy conditions.

Most of the comments underneath the video are highly complimentary of the pilots' efforts. According to the Daily Mail, Bogdan says he has also received "incredible" feedback about his video.
