From 2006-2010, photographer Sean F. White embarked on several journeys that would take him around the world working on the crew of Art Wolfe’s “Travels to the Edge” series and Parallax Film Productions.

With a Canon 5D in his reach, White took advantage of having access to some of the world’s most remote landscapes and ancient monuments, photographing timelapses for his side project short film “Terra Sacra” – Latin for Sacred Earth.

“I’ve combined my favourite shots from these trips into non-narrative film that touches on a theme close to my heart: Sacred Earth,” White said on his website www.terra-sacra.com.

“The visuals are driven by an original score by composer Roy Milner. The six-minute film is a journey through three distinct Acts: (I) Primordial Earth (II) Past meets Present and (III) Eternal Universe,” he said.
