Banksy’s Most Wanted

Banksy is the most well known stencil artist in the world. The British artist's thought-provoking works have popped up everywhere from Jerusalem to California, and always create a frenzy among his devoted fans. The question is, is it art or vandalism? Most councils believe the latter, so his work gets painted over almost immediately. Lucky for us, someone takes a picture before the work is lost forever.
