Swan Valley region is located between Guildford and the Bells Rapids just a 20 minute drive to Perth's CBD. Over the past 20 years the area has become a popular tourist destination due to the many wineries including the states largest producer, Houghtons.

The region also features several microbreweries and rum distilleries and many roadside local produce stalls which sell seasonal fruit and veg all year around. Other attractions include a chocolate factory, coffee roasters, several beekeepers, a lavender farm, olive groves, a goat farm, cheese farms, dried-fruit producers and many restaurants and cafes.

If you happen to be holidaying during October you can join in the celebrations at one of Australia’s largest food and wine festival 'Spring in the Valley'.
